ShopFoundry helps Etsy sellers create, review, and improve listing content. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, listing workspace, AI-assisted tools, Google sign-in, and paid features.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, authentication metadata, and account settings.

When you use our tools, we may process listing information you provide, including titles, tags, descriptions, product attributes, categories, shop context, prompts, uploaded images, generated drafts, edits, and feedback results.

We may collect usage and device information such as pages viewed, tools used, timestamps, credit usage, plan limits, browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, error logs, and security events.

Paid features and subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive payment-related records from Creem, such as customer identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, product purchased, renewal dates, and receipts.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate ShopFoundry, authenticate accounts, generate and improve Etsy listing content, process credits and payments, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, analyze product performance, fix bugs, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

AI Processing

Some ShopFoundry features use third-party AI model providers to process prompts, listing content, product details, and uploaded images so we can generate or improve listing drafts. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, or content you do not have the right to use.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing anywhere, including on Etsy.

Third-Party Services

We may use Google for sign-in, Creem for checkout and subscriptions, AI model providers for AI-assisted generation and analysis, and infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, and security.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, and operate core product features. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will be handled according to applicable consent requirements.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide ShopFoundry, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve service reliability.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including secure transport, access controls, authentication protections, and limited access to operational systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
