These Terms govern your use of ShopFoundry, including our Etsy listing tools, AI-assisted workflows, Google sign-in, credits, subscriptions, and paid features processed through Creem.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShopFoundry, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. In these Terms, "ShopFoundry," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the ShopFoundry service.

The Service

ShopFoundry provides tools that help Etsy sellers create, review, and improve listing content, including titles, tags, descriptions, keyword ideas, listing checks, and AI-assisted suggestions. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your Account

You may need an account to use certain features. If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to use the account information Google provides for authentication and account access. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts or use ShopFoundry in a misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

ShopFoundry may offer free tools, limited trials, credit packs, subscriptions, or other paid features. Usage limits, included credits, prices, and plan benefits may vary by product and may change over time.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By purchasing a paid feature, credit pack, or subscription, you authorize Creem and ShopFoundry to process the applicable charges, taxes, renewals, and payment records.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. Credit packs and renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

AI-Assisted Output

ShopFoundry uses AI model providers to help generate and analyze content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your specific product, shop, audience, legal obligations, or marketplace policies.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve rankings, traffic, conversion rates, sales, marketplace approval, or compliance with Etsy policies.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ShopFoundry, including listing text, product details, prompts, and uploaded images. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, modify, and transmit your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Marketplace Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Etsy shop, listings, products, claims, pricing, fulfillment, customer communication, taxes, and compliance with Etsy's policies and applicable laws. ShopFoundry is a support tool and does not replace your own judgment or professional advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not use ShopFoundry for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, bypass usage limits, share access commercially without permission, upload malware, or use ShopFoundry to build or train a competing service without written permission.

Third-Party Services

ShopFoundry relies on third-party services, including Google for sign-in, Creem for payments, AI model providers for generation and analysis, and infrastructure providers for hosting and operations. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Etsy Relationship

Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. ShopFoundry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Etsy, Inc. Any references to Etsy are for compatibility and descriptive purposes only.

Disclaimers and Liability

ShopFoundry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, intellectual property, compliance, or marketplace policy advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFoundry and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShopFoundry after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
